Research Progress on Nutrition and Feed Technologies for Yellow-Feathered Broilers
黄羽肉鸡肉质鲜美、风味独特,深受消费者喜爱,是人们日常生活中重要的肉质来源.当前禽肉消费需求持续攀升,黄羽肉鸡作为重要肉源品种,其营养调控机制及精准饲料配方研发是畜牧营养学的热点研究方向.文章总结了近期国内外黄羽肉鸡营养调控方面的相关文献,在营养成分需要量及调控、生物活性成分营养调控、非常规饲料资源开发与利用等方面进行综述,旨在为黄羽肉鸡产业的可持续发展提供理论支撑和技术指导.
Yellow-feathered broiler is popular among consumers for its delicious meat and unique flavor,and is an important meat source in people's daily life.With the current continuous rise in poultry meat con-sumption demand,yellow-feathered broiler,as an important meat source species,is a hot research direction in animal husbandry nutrition in terms of its nutritional regulation mechanism and the development of pre-cise feed formulation.This paper summarizes the relevant literature on nutritional regulation of yellow-feathered broiler,and provides a review on nutrient requirements and regulation,nutritional regulation of bioactive ingredients,and the development and utilization of unconventional feed resources,aiming to pro-vide theoretical support and technical guidance for the sustainable development of the yellow-feathered broiler industry.
