高阻水复配阻化剂对煤自燃影响特性研究OA
Effect of high-inhibition water compounded inhibitor on coal spontaneous combustion characteristics
[目的]旨在探究高阻水的添加是否会增强 MgCl2 阻化剂对煤阻化特性的影响,探究高阻水的作用以提升煤矿防灭火效果.[方法]采用热重分析(TG-DSC)和程序升温实验方法,系统比较了原煤、MgCl2 阻化剂煤样及高阻水复配 MgCl2 阻化剂煤样在热解和燃烧过程中的特征温度、活化能、气体产物生成及耗氧特性.[结果]高阻水复配 MgCl2 阻化剂能显著提高煤的临界温度、燃点温度和燃尽温度等特征温度点,延缓煤的自燃进程,同时有效抑制 CO、CO2 和 C2H4 等关键气体的生成速率,并显著降低煤样的耗氧速率,抑制效果最明显.[结论]添加高阻水后对阻化剂的阻化效果进一步增强、延缓燃烧反应进程和降低自燃倾向,表现出优于单独添加阻化剂的阻化性能,为煤矿防灭火技术提供了可靠参考.
This study aims to investigate whether the addition of high-inhibition water can enhance the inhibitory effect of MgCl2 inhibitor on coal,and to explore the role of high-inhibition water in improving the effectiveness of fire prevention and extinguishing in coal mines.Using thermogravimetric analysis(TG-DSC)and temperature-programmed experiments,a systematic comparison was made among raw coal,MgCl2-inhibited coal samples,and coal samples treated with high-inhibition water compounded MgCl2 inhibitor,in terms of characteristic temperatures,activation energy,gas product generation,and oxygen consumption characteristics during pyrolysis and combustion.The results show that the high-inhibition water compounded MgCl2 inhibitor can significantly increase characteristic temperature points such as the critical temperature,ignition temperature,and burnout temperature,thus delaying the spontaneous combustion process of coal.Meanwhile,it effectively inhibits the generation rates of key gases such as CO,CO2 and C2H4,and remarkably reduces the oxygen consumption rate of the coal sample,exhibiting the most pronounced inhibitory effect.It is concluded that the addition of high-inhibition water further enhances the inhibitory effect of the inhibitor,retards the combustion reaction process,and reduces the spontaneous combustion tendency,demonstrating superior inhibitory performance compared to the inhibitor used alone.
