锦氨纶面料全流程工序优化及功能整理协同提升染色一次成功率OA
Optimization of the entire process of nylon/spandex blended fab-ris and collaborative improvement of functional finishing to enhance the first-time success rate of dyeing
染色一次成功率是纺织染整企业控制生产成本、保障订单交期、稳定产品质量及构建市场核心竞争力的关键指标.本研究以锦氨纶混纺面料为研究对象,系统解构坯布检验、前处理、染色及后整理全流程工艺的内在关联机制,深入探究除油效率、预定形工艺参数、染料与助剂适配性等影响因素,结合功能整理工程实践案例,构建"前端防控、过程优化、后端保障"的全链条技术优化体系.研究证实,标准化工艺参数调控、专用功能助剂精准应用及全流程质量管理体系落地可使锦氨纶面料染色一次成功率从50%提升至90%以上,回修率降至5%以下,实现生产效率提升30%、综合成本下降20%~25%的协同效益.
The first-time success rate of dyeing is a key indicator for textile dyeing and finishing enterprises to control production costs,ensure delivery times,stabilize product quality,and build market core competitiveness.This study takes nylon/spandex blended fabrics as the research object,systematically deconstructs the internal mechanism of the whole process of fabric inspection,pretreatment,dyeing,and post-finishing,and deeply explores the core influencing fac-tors such as oil removal efficiency,pre-setting parameters,and compatibility between dyes and auxiliaries.Combined with functional finishing engineering practice cases,a full-chain technical optimization system of"front-end prevention-optimi-zation-back-end guarantee"is constructed.The study proves that through standardized process parameter regulation,pre-cise application of special functional auxiliaries,and implementation of a full-process quality management,the first-time success rate of dyeing of nylon/spandex fabrics can be increased from 50%to more than 90%,and the return can be re-duced to less than 5%.This achieves a coordinated benefit of increasing production efficiency by 30%and reducing com-prehensive costs by 20%-25%.
