织物基材特性与功能整理对表面烫金牢度的影响OA

As an important means of enhancing the added value of textiles,the fastness issue of the foil printing process has always been a key factor restricting product.This study takes two major categories of fabrics,pure cotton and polyester-cotton,as research objects to systematically explore the effects of brushing/non-brushing of pure cotton,different functional finishing processes(washing,three-proof,softening)of polyester/cotton fabrics,and plain and twill weaves on foil printing fastness.The theoretical analysis and mechanism research revealed the intrinsic correlation between fiber type,fab-ric construction,finishing process,and foil printing fastness.The results show that in pure cotton fabrics,the brushing treat-ment affects the penetration and anchoring of the foil printing paste.The functional finishing significantly affects the foil printing fastness by altering the surface energy,wettability,and chemical reactivity of the fibers.
