Starting from the current demand for self-cleaning technical fabrics in outdoor applications such as tents,folding chairs,and cushions,this study selects a double-layer woven fabric with low warp and weft density formed by a combination of coarse and fine yarn counts,and recycled polyester fabrics with high abrasion resistance and good color fastness,and uses finishing agents to perform post-finishing processing on outdoor fabrics with anti-tomato sauce,anti-red wine,and anti-coffee functions.The material selection,fabric structure design,degreasing of grey fabric,setting prost-fin-ishing,baking,and calendering processes were introduced.Compare different post-processing techniques and discuss fac-tors such as the selection of finishing agents to make outdoor fabrics have good anti-fouling and easy-to-cleaning functions.
