Optimization of pretreatment of cationic modified cotton yarn

为保证阳离子改性棉纱的筒子纱染色效果,对其前处理工艺进行了优化.采用正交试验对阳离子改性棉纱前处理过程的工艺参数进行了优化.结果表明,优化工艺为:精练剂3 g/L、NaOH 1 g/L、27.5%H2O2 4 g/L、RE-NA 2 g/L,温度95℃,时间30 min,升温速率2℃/min.在优化工艺下,前处理后纱线的毛效为8.75 cm、断裂强力为215.6 cN、白度为44.69%,能够满足后续染色加工的要求.

To ensure the dyeing effect of cationic modified cotton tube yarn,the optimization of its pre-treatment process was studied.The process parameters of the pre-treatment for cationic modified cotton yarn were optimized through orthogonal experiments.The results indicated that the optimal process is as follows:scouring agent 3 g/L,NaOH 1 g/L,27.5%H2O2 4 g/L,RENA 2 g/L,temperature 95℃,time 30 min,heating rate 2℃/min.Under the optimal process,the capillary effect of the pre-treated yarn is 8.75 cm,the strength is 215.6 cN,and the whiteness is 44.69%,which can meet the requirements of subsequent dyeing processing.
