新型无氟易去污整理工艺OA
New fluorine-free soil release finishing process
针对无氟易去污面料去红油污渍效果差的问题,本研究探讨不同退浆工艺、易去污助剂用量及交联工艺等对面料易去污性能的影响.结果表明:使用无氟易去污助剂9901,用量为80 g/L,与树脂一浴整理,树脂用量50 g/L,催化剂用量15 g/L,焙烘温度150～160℃,焙烘时间3 min,面料具有很好的去红油污渍性能.
Aiming at the problem that the effect of fluorine-free and soil release finishing fabric is slightly poor,this study discusses different desizing processes,the amount of soil release finishing agent and the cross-linking processes on the decontamination properties of fabrics.The results show that using a fluorine-free decontamination agent 9901,the amount is 80 g/L,and finishing with resin in one bath,the amount of resin is 50 g/L,the amount of catalyst is 15 g/L,the baking temperature is 150～160℃,and the baking time is 3 min,the fabric has a good decontamination performance.
