双雨露汉麻超柔面料染整工艺的创新研究OA
Innovative research on dyeing and finishing processes of double-retted dew hemp super-soft fabric
汉麻纤维虽具备卓越的抗菌、吸湿透气等固有特性,但手感粗硬、可纺性差及在生产中易产生批间差等问题,限制了其在高端纺织品领域的应用.本研究以双雨露汉麻混纺产品为对象,系统分析了汉麻、亚麻、苎麻纤维的微观结构差异,并设计了一套集"烧毛→丝光→氧漂→拉幅→预缩→机械柔软"于一体的精细化染整加工流程,通过精准控制各工序参数,有效稳定了纤维性能,减小了批间差异.核心创新在于采用聚氨酯类柔软剂与亲水性柔软剂的复配技术,成功解决了汉麻产品手感与吸湿性的平衡难题.结果表明,该工艺生产出的双雨露汉麻超柔面料,不仅完整保留了汉麻固有的持久抗菌性能,同时实现了吸湿性:滴水扩散时间小于1 s,远超标准要求;散湿性:透湿量大于12 000 g/(m2·24 h),蒸发速率大于0.30 g/h的高效湿气管理,并赋予了织物如丝绸般柔软顺滑的独特触感.
Although hemp fibers possess inherent advantages such as exceptional antibacterial properties,moisture absorption,and breathability,their application in high-end textiles has been limited by issues like coarse hand feel,poor spinnability,and batch difference control in production.This study focuses on double-retted hemp blended products and systematically analyzes the microstructural differences among hemp,flax,and ramie fibers.A refined dyeing and finishing process integrating"singeing→mercerizing→oxygen bleaching→stentering →pre-shrinking→mechanical softening"was de-signed.By accurately controlling the parameters of each process,the fiber properties are effectively stabilized and batch dif-ferences are reduced.The core innovation lies in the compound technology of polyurethane-based softeners and hydrophilic softeners,successfully resolving the challenge of balancing hand feel and moisture absorption in hemp products.The re-sults show that the double-retted hemp ultra-soft fabric produced via this process not only fully retains the inherent dura-ble antibacterial properties of hemp,but also achieves moisture absorption:the drip diffusion time is less than 1 s,far ex-ceeding the standard requirements;moisture dispersibility:efficient moisture management with a moisture permeability greater than 12 000 g/(m2·24 h)and an evaporation rate greater than 0.30 g/h,endowing the fabric with a unique silky soft and smooth touch.
