Effect of moisture absorption on the color changes of reductive red,reductive blue,and reductive olive
还原染料在实际生产、储存和应用过程中,环境湿度对其色光稳定性具有显著影响.本研究基于不同还原染料厂家和型号,系统分析了吸潮对还原红、还原蓝、还原橄榄3类典型还原染料变色的影响表现,并结合实际生产经验探讨了相应的防控措施.结果表明,不同厂家和型号的还原染料对湿度的敏感程度和变色方向存在显著差异,基本表现为颜色变浅、色光偏离;根据测色数据优选3种稳定性较好的染料,分别为山东思润德还原蓝DB、山东思润德还原橄榄T和江苏沃尔得还原红F3B,且复配后染色的面料在吸潮放置后颜色深浅和色光能保持基本一致,色牢度都在3级以上.
In the actual production,storage and application processes of reductive dyes,environmental humidity has a significant impact on their color stability.Based on different manufacturers and models of reductive dyes,this study systematically analyzed the effects of moisture absorption on the color changes of three typical reductive dyes:reductive red,reductive blue,and reductive olive.Combined with practical production experience,it also discussed corresponding prevention and control measures.The results show that different manufacturers and models of reductive dyes have signifi-cant differences in their sensitivity to humidity and the direction of color change.The basic manifestation is that the color becomes lighter and the color light deviates.By optimizing based on color measurement data,three stable dyes with good stability were selected:reductive blue DB from Shandong Siren De,reductive olive T from Shandong Siren De,and reduc-tive F3B red from Jiangsu Walde.When these dyes are compounded and used to dye fabrics,the color depth and color light of the dyed fabrics remain basically consistent after being placed in a humid environment,and the color fastness are all above 3 grades.
