通过斑贴结合化学刺激物的方式,探究化学刺激诱导的皮肤炎症后色素沉着(PIH)过程中相关皮肤生理参数的变化.共招募32名背部皮肤ITA°为28°~50°的中国健康女性受试者,采用斑贴结合化学刺激物建立模型,使用非侵入性仪器采集受试者测试部位皮肤颜色、屏障功能和表面形貌参数,采用统计学方法进行评价.结果显示,黑色素指数(MI)在D0~D1阶段先下降,而在D4~D7阶段回升;红斑指数(EI)则呈相反趋势,提示皮肤经历了由红转黑的动态过程.此外,化学刺激导致TEWL值、EI值、a*值和皮肤平滑度升高,L*值、ITA°和角质层含水量下降,表现为肤色暗沉、白度降低、皮肤干燥脱屑和纹理粗糙.

The changes in skin physiological parameters associated with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation induced by chemical irritants using a patch test model was discussed.Thirty-two Chinese female subjects with dorsal skin ITA° values ranging from 28° to 50° were enrolled.Skin irritation was induced by applying chemical irritants under occlusive patches,and non-invasive instruments were used to monitor skin color,barrier function,and surface morphology parameters.Statistical methods were applied for evaluations.The results showed that melanin index(MI)values decreased initially(D0~D1)and increased later(D4~D7),while erythema index(EI)values exhibited the opposite trend,which reflect a dynamic transition from erythema to hyperpigmentation.In addition,chemical irritation resulted in higher TEWL,EI,a*,and skin smoothness values,along with lower L*,ITA°,and stratum corneum water content,manifested as darker skin tone,reduced brightness,dry and flaky skin,and rough texture.
