旨在评估一种含植物防脱育发提取液和去屑剂846 Plus的洗发水对脱发及头皮微生态的影响.通过为期12周实验,24名实验组脱发受试者的脱发计数显著减少43.7%,头皮水分提升最高达85.5%,头皮油脂下降9.37%.高通量测序显示,洗发水使用后显著提高头皮微生物多样性,并降低脱发相关菌群相对丰度:限制性马拉色菌(Malassezia restricta)由61.81%降低至48.64%、葡萄球菌属(Staphylococcus)由21.58%降低至9.10%.该产品可通过调节头皮微环境缓解脱发.

The efficacy of a shampoo formulated with a plant-derived anti-hair-loss extract and the anti-dandruff agent 846 Plus on hair loss and scalp microbiota was evaluated.A 12-week intervention study was conducted in 24 subjects experiencing hair loss.The results showed that hair shedding count decreased significantly by 43.7%,scalp hydration increased by up to 85.5%,and scalp sebum content decreased by 9.37%after shampoo use.High-throughput sequencing analysis revealed that the shampoo significantly increased the diversity of the scalp microbiota and reduced the relative abundance of microorganisms associated with hair shedding.Specifically,the relative abundance of Malassezia restricta decreased from 61.81%to 48.64%,while that of Staphylococcus decreased from 21.58%to 9.10%.These findings suggest that the shampoo may alleviate hair loss by improving the scalp microenvironment and restoring microbial homeostasis.
