本研究纳入24名健康成年女性,接受IPL光子嫩肤医美处理,并在术前与术后进行回访,接受皮肤仪器检测,其中5名接受双光子显微镜无创成像.在IPL术后,皮肤屏障呈先破坏后重塑的趋势,而外眼角与鼻唇沟皱纹在术后7天开始呈持续缓解趋势.双光子显微镜成像发现角质层规整度有改善、表皮厚度增加;真表皮交界起伏增大,胶原致密、弹性纤维有序,真皮二次谐波对自发荧光的老化指数(SAAID)上升、弹性纤维与胶原纤维相对比值(ELCOR)下降.该技术可在分子水平客观量化IPL光子嫩肤诱导的屏障修复与真皮重塑,为传统皮肤仪器检测结果提供底层机制的依据.

This study enrolled 24 healthy adult female volunteers who underwent intense pulsed light(IPL)photo-rejuvenation treatment and were evaluated before and after the procedure using instrumental skin assessments.Among them,five participants underwent non-invasive in vivo imaging by two-photon microscopy.After IPL treatment,the skin barrier showed a transient disruption followed by progressive recovery and remodeling.Improvements in wrinkles at the outer canthus and nasolabial folds were observed from day 7 after treatment and persisted throughout the study period.Two-photon microscopy revealed enhanced stratum corneum organization and increased epidermal thickness.At the dermal-epidermal junction,greater structural undulation was observed,accompanied by increased collagen density and more organized elastic fiber architecture.Quantitative image analysis demonstrated an increase in the second harmonic generation-to-autofluorescence aging index of dermis(SAAID)and a decrease in the elastin-to-collagen optical ratio(ELCOR),indicating dermal remodeling and attenuation of photoaging-related characteristics.These findings suggest that two-photon microscopy enables objective,non-invasive,molecular-level assessment of IPL-induced barrier repair and dermal remodeling,providing mechanistic insights that complement conventional skin instrumental evaluations.
