以海绵胶煤炱菌多糖为原料,制备一款兼具抗氧化性和保湿性的功效面膜液.采用热水浸提乙醇沉淀方法制备海绵胶煤炱菌多糖,以甘油、汉生胶、海绵胶煤炱菌多糖的添加量为变量,以保湿性、抗氧化性和感官评价得分为主要指标,通过单因素实验与正交试验,优化各成分的配比,得到面膜液最佳配方为:甘油8%,汉生胶0.1%,海绵胶煤炱菌多糖2.4 mg/mL,丁二醇4%,低分子透明质酸钠0.2%,羟乙基纤维素0.2%,PGE-40氢化蓖麻油0.2%,甜菜碱0.5%,EDTA-2Na 0.05%,尼泊金甲酯0.2%,无水柠檬酸0.1%,此条件下制得的面膜液抗氧化性为52.12%,保湿性为31.68%.该面膜液配方科学合理,黏度为1 132 mPa.s,pH值5.25,符合GB/T 13531.1-2008,稳定性和刺激性符合QB/T 2872-2017.本研究明确了海绵胶煤炱菌多糖在化妆品领域开发利用的可行性,为海绵胶煤炱菌除食品领域以外的其他产品形式的开发利用提供了理论和实践依据.

In this study,sponge gum sooty mold polysaccharides were used as the active ingredient to develop a facial mask essence with antioxidant and moisturizing properties.Sponge gum sooty mold polysaccharides were obtained via hot-water extraction followed by ethanol precipitation.The concentrations of glycerol,xanthan gum,and sponge gum sooty mold polysaccharides were selected as experimental factors,while moisturizing performance,antioxidant activity,and sensory evaluation scores were used as the primary evaluation indices.Through single-factor experiments and orthogonal experimental design optimization,the optimal formulation of the facial mask essence was determined as follows:glycerol 8%,xanthan gum 0.1%,sponge gum sooty mold polysaccharides 2.4 mg/mL,butylene glycol 4%,low-molecular-weight sodium hyaluronate 0.2%,hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.2%,PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil 0.2%,betaine 0.5%,EDTA-2Na 0.05%,methylparaben 0.2%,and anhydrous citric acid 0.1%.Under these conditions,the formulated facial mask essence exhibited an antioxidant activity of 52.12%and a moisturizing performance of 31.68%.The optimized formulation showed a viscosity of 1 132 mPa·s and a pH value of 5.25,meeting the requirements of GB/T 13531.1-2008.Its stability and irritation performance also complied with QB/T 2872-2017.These results demonstrate the potential application of sponge gum sooty mold polysaccharides in cosmetic formulations and provide a scientific basis for the development of non-food products based on sponge gum sooty mold polysaccharides.
