烷基糖苷类烷氧基化产品的漂色工艺开发及性能评测OA
Development of a bleaching process for alkoxylated alkyl polyglucosides and evaluation of their performance
以烷基糖苷为原料,经烷氧基化后制得烷基糖苷类烷氧基化产品(APG-NF),在保持烷基糖苷优良性能的同时,具有低泡、低温流动性优良等特点.探究了APG-NF含量、漂色温度、漂色时间、H2O2用量、pH、放置时间对APG-NF漂色效果的影响.结果表明,优化漂色工艺为产品含量60%,H2O2用量5%,pH为9.5,漂色温度60℃,漂色20 min,放置28天,最终产品色泽为110 Hazen以下.对APG-NF的应用性能进行评测,并于常规APG0810进行对比.结果显示,APG-NF起泡性极低,几乎无泡;APG-NF的润湿性能及对皮脂和炭黑的去污能力低于APG0810,而APG-NF对大豆油和液体石蜡的乳化效果优于APG0810.说明APG-NF在保持良好的表面性能同时明显降低了起泡性.
Alkoxylated alkyl polyglucosides(APG-NF)were prepared by alkoxylation of alkyl polyglucosides(APGs).While retaining the excellent properties of conventional APGs,APG-NF exhibits low foaming characteristics and excellent low-temperature fluidity.The effects of APG-NF content,bleaching temperature,bleaching time,hydrogen peroxide(H₂O₂)dosage,pH,and storage time on the bleaching performance of APG-NF were investigated.The results showed that the optimal bleaching conditions were an APG-NF content of 60%,H2O2 dosage of 5%,pH 9.5,bleaching temperature of 60 ℃,bleaching time of 20 min,and storage time of 28 days.Under these conditions,the color of the final product was below 110 Hazen.The application performance of APG-NF was evaluated and compared with that of conventional APG0810.The results indicated that APG-NF exhibited extremely low foaming properties and generated almost no foam.The wetting performance and removal of sebum and carbon black of APG-NF were lower than those of APG0810,whereas its emulsification performance toward soybean oil and liquid paraffin was superior to that of APG0810.These findings demonstrate that APG-NF significantly reduces foaming while maintaining favorable surface-active properties.
