Study on the efficacy of fermented turmeric products in cosmetics

以姜黄发酵产物为研究对象,对姜黄素含量、体外抗氧化、透皮吸收能力、成分稳定性、细胞毒性等方面进行了考察.结果表明,姜黄发酵样品在抗氧化方面表现优越,并且姜黄发酵样品比姜黄对照样品具有更好的透皮吸收能力.同时姜黄发酵样品相对稳定性,4℃避光条件姜黄素含量没有显著性变化.与姜黄对照组相比,姜黄发酵样品显示强大的促HaCaT细胞增殖能力.在细胞防护方面,与姜黄对照样品相比,姜黄发酵样品在更低和更宽泛的浓度范围具有SLS(十二烷基硫酸钠)防护能力.以上结果表明发酵工艺可以显著提高姜黄素的生物活性,姜黄发酵样品具有较强的抗氧化、透皮吸收能力和细胞功效,成分相对稳定,温和安全,值得在化妆品中推广和使用.

Fermented turmeric products were investigated in terms of curcumin content,in vitro antioxidant activity,transdermal absorption ability,ingredient stability,and cytotoxicity.The results showed that the fermented turmeric samples exhibited superior antioxidant activity and demonstrated better transdermal absorption ability than the unfermented turmeric control.In addition,the fermented turmeric samples showed good stability,with no significant change in curcumin content under 4 ℃ light-protected storage conditions.Compared with the control group,the fermented turmeric samples exhibited a strong ability to promote HaCaT cell proliferation.In terms of cellular protection,the fermented turmeric samples provided protection against sodium lauryl sulfate(SLS)-induced damage over lower and broader concentration ranges than the control.These results indicate that the fermentation process significantly enhances the bioactivity of curcumin.Overall,fermented turmeric products demonstrate strong antioxidant activity,enhanced transdermal absorption ability,favorable cellular efficacy,satisfactory ingredient stability,and good safety and mildness,indicating promising potential for cosmetic applications.
