铁路四电工程全生命周期数智化建设管理研究OA
随着我国高速铁路网的持续扩张,铁路四电工程(通信、信号、电力、电气化)在建设与运营中的复杂度与协同需求显著提升,传统管理模式普遍存在信息孤岛、跨专业冲突和数据断层等问题.该文面向全生命周期提出基于 BIM-GIS-数字孪生的一体化建设管理框架,构建"设施—数据—服务—应用—用户"5 层架构,并配套研发参数化建模、3DTiles 轻量化发布及多源信息融合预警等关键技术.在贵南高铁与成渝中线铁路 2 个典型案例中开展前后对照与多项目对比的实证研究.结果表明,该一体化框架在设计、施工与运维阶段均实现可量化提升,设计环节冲突检核更加高效,施工环节组织与资源协同更为顺畅,运维环节风险预警与应急响应更加及时.
With the continuous expansion of China's high-speed railway network,the complexity and coordination demands of the railway four electricity-related projects(communication,signal,power,and electrification)systems have increased significantly.Traditional management models often suffer from information silos,cross-disciplinary conflicts,and data discontinuities.To address these challenges,this study proposes an integrated lifecycle management framework based on BIM,GIS,and digital twin technologies.The framework establishes a five-layer architecture("Facility-Data-Service-Application-User")and develops key technologies such as parametric modeling,3DTiles-based lightweight publishing,and multi-source information fusion warning.Empirical studies were conducted on two representative projects,i.e.the Guiyang-Nanning High-speed Railway and the Chengdu-Chongqing Middle Line,using before-and-after comparisons and multi-project validation.The results demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves measurable improvements across design,construction,and operation stages:enhancing efficiency in conflict detection during design,improving coordination and resource management during construction,and enabling more timely risk warning and emergency response during operation.
