基于ISM-ANP的制造业公司数字化成熟度评价模型OA
针对现有数字化转型成熟度评估模型指标体系不够系统、指标间关系复杂性考虑不足等问题,该研究结合解释结构模型(ISM)和网络层次分析法(ANP)构建制造业公司数字化转型成熟度评估模型.通过文献研究和专家访谈,构建包含 6 个一级指标和 18 个二级指标的评价体系.运用 ISM模型分析指标间层次关系,采用 ANP 方法确定指标权重,并将企业数字化成熟度划分为 5 个等级,构建完整的成熟度评估模型.研究表明,制造业数字化转型更依赖于管理变革与组织适应能力而非单纯技术应用,为制造业企业数字化转型提供科学的评估工具.
Addressing the problems of inadequate systematic indicator systems and insufficient consideration of the complexity of relationships among indicators in existing digital transformation maturity assessment models,this study integrates Interpretive Structural Modeling(ISM)and Analytic Network Process(ANP)to construct a digital transformation maturity assessment model for manufacturing companies.Through literature review and expert interviews,an evaluation system containing 6 primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators was established.The ISM model was employed to analyze the hierarchical relationships among indicators,and the ANP method was adopted to determine indicator weights.The digital maturity of enterprises was divided into five levels,constructing a complete maturity assessment model.The research indicates that digital transformation in manufacturing relies more on management change and organizational adaptability rather than mere technology application,providing a scientific assessment tool for the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
