半刚性基层与ATB柔性基层沥青路面力学响应和寿命预测OA
为考察柔性基层沥青路面的服役寿命,该文对比分析 ATB-40 柔性基层沥青路面与半刚性基层沥青路面的力学响应与服役寿命.结果表明,ATB-40 柔性基层可显著降低半刚性基层层底拉应力,如半刚性底基层类 ATB 结构层底拉应力仅为0.105 MPa,而传统半刚性基层达 0.186 MPa;其整体疲劳寿命优于半刚性基层,半刚性底基层类 ATB 结构基层疲劳寿命达 2.21×1011 应变循环次数,远超半刚性结构的 5.96×108 应变循环次数,且对厚度增加敏感,增厚效益显著;采用半刚性底基层的 ATB-40柔性结构可规避反射裂缝风险,显著延长服役寿命.
To investigate the service life of flexible-base asphalt pavements,this study compares the mechanical responses and service lives of an ATB-40 flexible-base asphalt pavement with those of a conventional semi-rigid-base asphalt pavement.The results show that the ATB-40 flexible base significantly reduces the tensile stress at the bottom of the semi-rigid layer:for a semi-rigid sub-base plus ATB configuration the stress is only 0.105 MPa,whereas the traditional semi-rigid base reaches 0.186 MPa.The overall fatigue life of the ATB-40 system outperforms that of the semi-rigid base;the fatigue life of the semi-rigid sub-base plus ATB structure attains 2.21×1011 strain cycles,far exceeding the 5.96×108 strain cycles of the conventional semi-rigid structure.Moreover,the ATB-40 system is sensitive to thickness increases,and thickening yields remarkable benefits.The ATB-40 flexible structure with a semi-rigid sub-base effectively eliminates the risk of reflective cracking and substantially extends the pavement service life.
