总体国家安全观视角下国家安全情报学理论体系研究OACHSSCD

[Purpose]The introduction of the concept of overall national security outlook has provided new opportunities and challenges for the field of national security intelligence studies.From this perspective,this paper examines the construction of the theoretical framework for national security intelligence studies from the perspective of the overall national security concept.It aims to further advance the disci-pline's development,enrich its theoretical foundations,and provide scientific guidance for national security intelligence practices.[Meth-od]This paper first clarifies the disciplinary positioning and core concepts of"national security intelligence studies".It then analyzes the developmental environment,disciplinary connotations,and characteristics of national security intelligence theory.It elucidates the current developmental dilemmas of national security intelligence theory and attempts to address the composition and strategic construction of nation-al security intelligence theory from the viewpoint of overall national security.[Result/Conclusion]Research on the theoretical framework of national security intelligence studies should involve in-depth research on the basic theories of intelligence,actively explore the meta-theories of national security intelligence,and construct an independent disciplinary theoretical system with Chinese characteristics compri-sing three tiers:meta-theory,basic theory,and applied theory,and establish an integrated development framework for multi-domain in-telligence studies.
