中深层U型井换热试验研究OA
Experimental study on heat exchange in medium-depth U-shaped wells
为了探究U型井地埋管换热系统的性能,验证U型井地埋管换热技术可行性,建立U型井换热试验.明确了试验场区地层、岩性、地温场数据等地质背景,开展了恒定流量下不同入井水温的开式试验和恒定流量下不同设定取热量的闭式试验研究,光纤测温监测了原始期、运行期、恢复期地温场变化情况.结果表明:在恒定流量换热试验中,出水温度与进水温度正相关,换热量与进水温度负相关.在定温度换热试验中,出水温度与进水流量负相关,换热量与进水流量正相关;换热过程对井周围地温场的扰动较大,在换热过程中地温场受换热方式与原始地温场的双重影响.研究结果可为地热资源的高效开发和利用提供了重要参考,有助于优化地埋管换热系统设计.
In order to investigate the performance of the U-shaped well ground heat exchanger system and verify the feasibility of the U-shaped well ground heat exchange technology,a U-shaped well heat exchange test was established.The geological background of the test site area,including the strata,rock type,and ground temperature field data,was clarified.Open tests with different inlet water temperatures under constant flow rate and closed tests with different set heat extraction rates under constant flow rate were carried out to study the changes in the ground temperature field during the initial period,operation period,and recovery period.The fiber optic temperature measurement monitored the changes in the ground temperature field during the initial,operation,and recovery periods.The results showed that in the constant flow rate heat exchange test,the outlet water temperature was positively correlated with the inlet water temperature,and the heat exchange amount was negatively correlated with the inlet water temperature.In the constant temperature heat exchange test,the outlet water temperature was negatively correlated with the inlet water flow rate,and the heat exchange amount was positively correlated with the inlet water flow rate.The heat exchange process had a significant disturbance to the ground temperature field around the well,and the ground temperature field was affected by both the heat exchange method and the original ground temperature field during the heat exchange process.The research results can provide important references for the efficient development and utilization of geothermal resources and help optimize the design of ground heat exchanger systems.
