Heat transfer study of the tubular phase change heat storage radial fin configuration

针对低导热率相变材料蓄热速率慢、周期较长等问题,肋片强化技术展现出显著优势.本文以水平套管式蓄热单元为基础结构,采用肋片径向非对称布置蓄热元件,优化热传导性能.结果表明:随着肋片数量的增加,相变材料的熔化速率显著增大;与均匀布置相比,采用非对称肋片布置方式(上部均匀+下部密集)可协同强化自然对流与热传导;而延长径向下方肋片长度,在蓄热量仅降低1%,而蓄热速率显著提升45%.

In response to the problems of slow heat storage rate and long cycle of low thermal conductivity phase change materials,the fin enhanced heat transfer technology shows significant advantages.Based on the horizontal tubular heat storage unit structure,this paper optimizes the heat storage element by adopting the radial asymmetric arrangement of fins,and improves the thermal conduction performance.The results show that,with the increase in the number of fins,the melting rate of the phase change material significantly increases;compared with the uniform arrangement,the asymmetric fin arrangement(uniform on the top+dense on the bottom)can synergistically enhance natural convection and heat conduction;while only extending the length of the fins below in the radial direction,the heat storage capacity only decreases by 1%,while the heat storage rate significantly increases by 45%.
