计及风电场不确定性的电力系统鲁棒优化调度OA

Robust optimal dispatch of power systems considering the uncertainty of wind farms

随着新能源发电产业的快速发展,大规模的风力发电并入了电网,但风电的波动性与间歇性给电力系统调度带来了挑战.因此,充分考虑风电出力不确定性,构建考虑风电出力不确定性的调度模型成为当前的重要课题.文章构建了考虑风电出力不确定性集合的电力系统的经济性调度模型.首先,利用预测区间和预测误差构建风电出力椭球型不确定性集合,得到可靠的风电出力的概率密度函数,其次,依据不确定性集合中风电的可能场景,合理计划自动发电控制(AGC)机组出力,建立以发电成本最低化和最大化利用风电为目标的鲁棒优化经济调度模型.最后,通过算例分析,验证模型的鲁棒性、可靠性和经济性.

With the rapid development of new energy power generation,large-scale wind power has been integrated into the power grid,but the volatility and intermittency of wind power pose challenges to power system dispatching.Therefore,considering the uncertainty of wind power output,it is an important issue to construct a dispatch model that considers the uncertainty of wind power output.This paper constructs an economic dispatch model for power systems that considers the uncertainty set of wind power output.First,the forecasting interval and prediction error are used to construct the wind power output ellipsoidal uncertainty set.a reliable probability density function for wind power output is obtained,Second,according to the possible scenarios of wind power in the uncertainty set,the automatic power generation control(AGC)unit output is reasonably planned to establish to minimize the power generation cost and a robust optimized economic dispatch model that maximizes the use of wind power.Finally,through the analysis of the example,the robustness,reliability and economy of the model are verified.
