面向深远海风电机组抗台设计的浙江海域台风特征分析OA

浙江海域平均风速和风功率密度总体呈北低南高态势,年平均风速随离岸距离增加而加大.根据历年气象数据和热带气旋强度划分标准,对浙江省不同地区的台风登陆和强度情况进行了统计,选取象山、温岭及苍南三个台风高发、高强海域,对台风影响下的最大风速分布进行研究.通过构建Holland台风风场模型,对近50年影响三个地区离岸距离20 km、50 km和100 km的特定海域的台风数量进行了计算,对目标海域10 m高度最大风速进行了模拟,得出最大风速随离岸距离增加,相同离岸距离条件下,苍南海域最大风速最高.根据台风最大风速序列的模拟结果,应用Poisson-Gumbel分布模型对风电机组设计风速进行了计算,得到苍南县离岸100 km深远海域轮毂高度150 m处的最大设计风速为60.66 m/s.针对深远海主流机型配置,依据150 m轮毂高度风速计算结果,对台风影响下的风电机组停机工况历时进行了计算,得到象山、温岭和苍南三个海域离岸距离20 km、50 km和100 km台风影响下的风机切出时长,其中象山海域的台风历时最长,为25.6 h.

The average wind speed and wind power density in the waters of Zhejiang Province generally show a trend of being lower in the north and higher in the south.The annual average wind speed increases as the distance from the shore increases.Based on the meteorological data over the years and the tropical cyclone intensity classification standards,the statistics were conducted on the typhoon landings and intensities in different regions of Zhejiang Province.Three typhoon-prone and high-intensity sea areas,namely Xiangshan,Wenling,and Cangnan,were selected to study the distribution of the maximum wind speed under the influence of typhoons.By constructing the Holland typhoon wind field model,the number of typhoons affecting specific sea areas with a distance of 20 km,50 km,and 100 km from the shore in the three regions over the past 50 years was calculated.The maximum wind speed at a height of 10 m in the target sea area was simulated,and it was found that the maximum wind speed increases with the increase in the distance from the shore,and under the same distance conditions,the maximum wind speed in the Cangnan sea area is the highest.Based on the simulation results of the maximum wind speed sequence of typhoons,the design wind speed of wind turbines was calculated using the Poisson-Gumbel distribution model,and the maximum design wind speed at the hub height of 150 m in the offshore area 100 km from the shore in Cangnan County was obtained as 60.66 m/s.For the main models of offshore currents,based on the wind speed calculation results at a hub height of 150 m,the duration of wind turbine shutdown under the influence of typhoons was calculated for the three sea areas with distances of 20 km,50 km,and 100 km from the shore.Among them,the duration of the typhoon impact on the wind turbines in the Xiangshan sea area was the longest,at 25.6 hours.
