多肥混施精准变量施肥装置设计与试验OA
Design and experimental study of a precision variable-rate fertilizer application system for mixed fertilizer application
为解决传统施肥装置在多肥同步施用过程中存在的配比不准、施肥响应滞后及田间环境适应性差等问题,本文提出多肥混施精准变量施肥装置,采用双电机-双计量盘协同驱动,实现氮、磷、钾等多种肥料的独立计量与实时配比.通过引入基于目标配方的前馈调节+基于流量偏差的自适应补偿算法,系统能够根据土壤养分差异与作业速度变化自动调节供肥量,提升配方肥执行的准确性与动态稳定性,旨在为配方施肥与绿色高效土壤施肥装备的发展提供技术参考.
To solve the problems of inaccurate ratio,delayed fertilization response,and poor adaptability to field environ-ment in traditional fertilization devices during synchronous application of multiple fertilizers,a precision variable fertili-zation device for multi fertilizer mixed application is proposed,which adopts a dual motor dual metering disk collabora-tive drive to achieve independent metering and real-time ratio of multiple fertilizers such as nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium.By introducing a feedforward regulation based on target formula and an adaptive compensation algorithm based on flow deviation,the system can automatically adjust the fertilizer supply based on soil nutrient differences and changes in operating speed,improving the accuracy and dynamic stability of formula fertilizer execution.The article aims to provide technical reference for the development of formula fertilization and green and efficient soil management equip-ment.
