农业生产副余物在食用菌基质中的应用现状与展望OA

Edible fungi are a kind of biological resource with significant edible and medicinal value.The edible fungi industry plays a crucial role in the agricultural circular economy,and its cultivation substrates mainly come from agricultural and forestry by-products,such as straw,sawdust,and livestock and poultry manure.With the deepening of the concept of sustainable agricultural development,edible fungi can convert agricultural waste into high-quality,high-protein food,and the residue after cultivation can be used as organic fertilizer or animal feed,achieving multi-level utilization of resources.This article discusses the current application status and technological progress,existing problems and deficiencies of agricultural and forestry by-products such as crop straw,livestock and poultry manure,agricultural product processing by-products,garden waste,and water body planktonic waste in edible fungi substrates,and looks forward to the development of agricultural by-products in edible fungi substrates,attempting to provide a reference for the high-quality development of the edible fungi industry.
