港口码头沿岸生态受石油污染影响深远,研究挖掘具备石油降解功能的微生物是石油污染修复重要方向.通过富集培养、油平板筛选及血平板鉴定,从码头海岸筛选获得 1 株产生物表面活性剂的石油降解细菌.根据 16S rRNA 基因测序分析鉴定该菌为酯香微杆菌(Microbacterium esteraromaticum),故命名为M.esteraromaticum BS-1.该菌株的发酵液能使水的表面张力从 57.1 mN/m 降至 28.7 mN/m,对原油降解率达 31.6%.经 TLC 薄层色谱法、特征显色和红外光谱分析确定 BS-1 生长代谢产生的表面活性剂为含醛糖基的糖脂类.研究结果可为开发生物表面活性剂新菌源和研究石油污染生物修复技术提供参考.

Oil pollution has a profound effect on the ecology along the port.It is an important direction for oil pollution remediation to study and excavate microorganisms capable of oil degradation.Through enrichment culture,oil plate screening and blood plate identification,a strain of oil-degrading bacteria producing surfactant was screened from the dock coast.Based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing analysis,the bacterium was identified as Microbacterium esteraromaticum and named M.esteraromaticum BS-1.The fermentation solution of the strain BS-1 could reduce the surface tension of water from 57.1 mN/m to 28.7 mN/m,and the degradation rate of crude oil reached 31.6%.The surfactants produced by BS-1 growth and metabolism were identified as glycolipids containing aldose groups by TLC thin layer chromatography,characteristic color development and infrared spectroscopy.The results can provide reference for developing new biosurfactants and further studying oil pollution bioremediation technology.
