基于高稳系数和AMMI模型评价黄淮芝麻品种的产量稳定性OA
Evaluation of Yield Stability of Huanghuai Sesame Area Varieties Based on High Stability Coefficient and AMMI Model
为筛选适宜黄淮推广种植的高产稳产芝麻品种,以2023-2024年全国(黄淮区)芝麻新品种区域试验结果为数据来源,7个参试芝麻品种(商芝10号、驻22B07、豫芝4号、舆芝6801、驻22B03、信芝6号和商芝11号)为供试品种,基于高稳系数和AMMI模型对参试芝麻品种在6个试验点(信阳市、南阳市、驻马店市、郑州市、宿州市、阜阳市)的产量表现和稳定性进行综合评价.结果表明,7个参试芝麻品种中,商芝10号平均产量最高,为1 542.15 kg/hm2,驻22B07次之,为1 519.96 kg/hm2.基于高稳系数分析,信芝6号、驻22B03和驻22B07高稳系数均较高,分别为86.18%、85.67%、81.30%.基于AMMI模型分析,豫芝4号稳定性参数最小(6.91),其次是舆芝6801(12.39)和驻22B07(12.59).此外,环境、品种及品种×环境互作效应均显著影响参试芝麻品种产量,且IPCA1和IPCA2的累计贡献率达86.28%,是品种×环境互作的主要来源.综上,驻22B07在黄淮的产量水平和稳定性均表现较好,适宜在黄淮推广种植.
In order to screen out sesame varieties with high and stable yield suitable for planting in Huanghuai area,the results of regional test of new sesame varieties in China(Huanghuai area)from 2023 to 2024 were used as data sources,and seven tested sesame varieties(Shangzhi No.10,Zhu 22B07,Yuzhi No.4,Yuzhi 6801,Zhu 22B03,Xinzhi No.6 and Shangzhi No.11)were used as test varieties.Based on the high stability coefficient and AMMI model,the yield performance and stability of the tested sesame varieties in six test sites(Xinyang City,Nanyang City,Zhumadian City,Zhengzhou City,Suzhou City,Fuyang City)were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that among the seven tested sesame varieties,the average yield of Shangzhi No.10 was the highest(1 542.15 kg/ha),followed by Zhu 22B07(1 519.96 kg/ha).Based on the analysis of high stability coefficient,the high stability coefficients of Xinzhi No.6,Zhu 22B03 and Zhu 22B07 were 86.18%,85.67%and 81.30%,respectively.Based on AMMI model analysis,the stability parameter of Yuzhi No.4 was the smallest(6.91),followed by Yuzhi 6801(12.39)and Zhu 22B07(12.59).In addition,the yield of sesame varieties was significantly affected by environment,variety and variety×environment interaction effects,and the cumulative contribution rate of IPCA1 and IPCA2 was 86.28%,which was the main source of variety×environment interaction.In summary,Zhu 22B07 had good yield level and stability in Huanghuai area,and was suitable for planting in Huanghuai area.
