Problems and Development Countermeasures in Scientific Research Management of Agricultural Scientific Research Institutions
为提高农业科研单位的科研管理效率,对当前科研管理中存在的问题进行总结,包括科研档案管理重视不足、科研管理制度不健全、管理队伍水平较低及科研项目管理缺失等问题,并提出针对性的发展对策,以供相关科研管理工作人员参考.
In order to improve the efficiency of scientific research management in agricultural scientific research institutions,the problems existing in the current scientific research management were summarized,including the lack of attention to the management of scientific research archives,the imperfect scientific research management system,the low level of management team and the lack of scientific research project management.This paper puts forward targeted development countermeasures for the reference of relevant scientific research managers.
