腐殖酸免套袋膜剂技术在苹果上的应用研究OA
Study on the application of humic acid film agent for bag-free apple cultivation
为解决苹果栽培中套袋技术用工量大、成本高、果实内在品质低等问题,以铜川市印台区栽培品种瑞香红和富士优系九月奇迹为试验材料,开展腐殖酸免套袋膜剂技术应用试验,以套纸袋处理为对照进行分析,结果表明,腐殖酸免套袋膜剂技术处理喷膜用工每666.7 m2 成本 90元,较套袋用工每 666.7 m2 成本1 650减少 94.5%,每 666.7 m2 总成本降低960 元,减少 42.7%,可溶性固形物含量提高 1.5个百分点以上,单果重提高15%以上,口感更佳,对于着色难的品种和硬度偏大的品种,腐殖酸免套袋膜剂在增强外观颜色和提升口感硬度上效果显著.
Aiming at the prominent drawbacks of traditional fruit bagging in apple production,including heavy labor demand,high production cost and inferior internal fruit quality,a field experiment was carried out to investigate the application technology of humic acid bag-free film agent.Two local apple cultivars grown in Yintai District of Tongchuan City,Ruixianghong and Fuji superior line September Miracle,were selected as test materials,with conventional paper bagging as the control group.The results showed that the labor cost for spraying a humic acid film agent was 90 yuan per 666.7 m²,representing a 94.5%reduction compared with the labor cost of 1 650 yuan per 666.7 m² for bagging.The total production cost per 666.7 m² was cut by 960 yuan,with a cost reduction rate of 42.7%.The soluble solid content of fruits increased by more than 1.5 percentage points,and single fruit weight rose by over 15%,accompanied by improved flavor.For apple cultivars with poor coloring performance and excessively firm flesh,humic acid bag-free film agent exerted remarkable effects on enhancing fruit pigmentation and optimizing flesh firmness and edible taste.
