蚯蚓粪及其废弃栽培基质还田对陕北山地苹果生产和土壤肥力的影响OA
Effects of returning wormcast and its discarded cultivation substrate to field on mountainous apple production and soil fertility in Northern Shaanxi
本研究利用田间试验探究了蚯蚓粪及其废弃基质还田对陕北山地苹果产量、品质和土壤肥力的影响.试验设 3 个处理,分别为单施化肥(CF)、废弃蚯蚓粪基质替代(SWS)、蚯蚓粪替代(SWC).结果表明,与单施化肥相比,蚯蚓粪及其废弃基质替代分别显著提高苹果产量 20.1%和 14.4%,显著提高维生素C、可溶性糖含量和糖酸比,降低可滴定酸含量.同时,2个有机替代处理均显著提高了土壤有机质、全氮、速效磷、速效钾及含水量.其中,蚯蚓粪替代的效果优于废弃蚯蚓粪基质替代,但废弃蚯蚓粪基质替代在成本控制和废弃物循环利用方面展现出独特优势.蚯蚓粪及其废弃基质替代是提升山地苹果园土壤肥力、苹果产量和品质的有效措施,对于推动陕北山地苹果产业可持续发展以及农业废弃物资源化利用具有重要实践意义.
A field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of applying wormcast and its waste cultivation substrate on apple yield,quality,and soil fertility in mountainous apple orchards in Northern Shaanxi.The experiment included three treatments:application of chemical fertilizer alone(CF),partial substitution of chemical fertilizer with discarded wormcast substrate(SWS),and partial substitution of chemical fertilizer with wormcast(SWC).The results showed that,compared to CF,the SWS and SWC treatments significantly increased apple yield by 14.4%and 20.1%,respectively,and significantly enhanced the contents of vitamin C and soluble sugars,increased the sugar-acid ratio,and reduced the titratable acid content in the apples.Furthermore,both organic substitution treatments significantly improved soil properties,including increases in soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,and soil water content.The effect of wormcast(SWC)was superior to that of the discarded wormcast cultivation substrate(SWS),while the substitution of the discarded wormcast cultivation substrate showed unique advantages in terms of cost control and waste recycling.In conclusion,the substitution of wormcast or its discarded cultivation substrate are effective measures for enhancing soil fertility,apple yield and quality in mountainous orchards.It holds significant practical importance for promoting the sustainable development of the apple industry in Northern Shaanxi and facilitating the resource utilization of agricultural waste.
