Effects of different ring-strip widths on the growth and fruit quality of gray jujube

为探讨不同环剥宽度对南疆地区灰枣坐果率、叶片性状、果实产量及品质的影响,以确定该产区最适宜的环剥技术参数.于2025年在南疆 48团灰枣园进行试验,选取生长势基本一致的灰枣树作为试材,设置4 个环剥宽度处理:T1(环剥3 mm)、T2(环剥5 mm)、T3(环剥 7 mm)、T4(环剥 10 mm),以CK(不环剥)为对照.测定并分析各处理对灰枣坐果率、叶片性状、二次枝坐果及果实品质影响.结果表明,环剥处理能显著抑制营养生长,提高坐果率、果实品质和产量.其中,环剥7 mm处理综合得分第一,其叶片厚度显著低于 CK,且二次枝果实数量和单株产量较 CK 有显著提升.在当前实际生产中,综合考虑坐果率、叶片性状、二次枝坐果数量、产量和品质等方面指标以及环剥口愈合情况,环剥 7 mm 为最优选择.

To explore the effects of different girdling widths on fruit set rate,leaf traits,fruit yield,and quality of gray jujube in southern Xinjiang,and to determine the most suitable girdling technique parameters for this production area,an experiment was conducted in 2025 in the gray jujube orchard of the 48th Regiment in southern Xinjiang.Gray jujube trees with basically the same growth vigor were selected as experimental materials,and four girdling width treatments were set:T1(3 mm girdling),T2(5 mm girdling),T3(7 mm girdling),and T4(10 mm girdling),with CK(no girdling)as the control.The effects of each treatment on fruit set rate,leaf traits,secondary branch fruiting,and fruit quality were measured and analyzed.The results showed that girdling treatment could significantly inhibit vegetative growth and increase fruit set rate,fruit quality,and yield.Among them,the 7 mm girdling had the highest overall score;its leaf thickness was significantly lower than CK,and the number of fruits on secondary branches and the yield per plant were significantly higher than CK.In current practical production,considering fruit set rate,leaf traits,secondary branch fruiting,yield,and quality,the 7 mm girdling is the optimal choice.
