绥阳县是贵州省优质辣椒主产区和黔北辣椒种植核心区,传统种植存在生产成本高、单产不稳、土壤连作障碍等问题,为提高辣椒生产效益,依托"揭榜挂帅"机制和创新创业行动,根据农技人员的经验累积及应用成果,归纳总结了绥阳辣椒绿色轻简化生产技术,包括集约化育苗、机械化起垄覆膜、打孔定植、水肥精准管理、病虫害绿色防控等为核心的生产技术体系.与传统模式相比,该技术可减少人工和农资投入、提升产量,实现化肥农药的减量投入,降低农业面源污染风险,改善农田生态环境,助力辣椒产业可持续发展.目前,该技术在全县推广面积达4 666.7 hm2(7万亩),每667 m2 净收益可增加431.3元.

Suiyang County is a major producing area of high-quality pepper in Guizhou Province and the core pepper-planting region in northern Guizhou.Conventional pepper cultivation is confronted with prominent constraints including high production costs,unstable yield and continuous cropping obstacles.To improve the economic benefits of pepper production,relying on the"Open Competition for Research Projects"mechanism and innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives,this paper systematically summarizes the green and simplified production technologies for Suiyang pepper based on practical experience and field application results of agricultural technicians.The technological system centers on intensive seedling raising,mechanized ridging and film mulching,hole punching and transplanting,precise water and fertilizer management,and green prevention and control of pests and diseases.Compared with traditional cultivation modes,this technological system reduces labor and agricultural material inputs,raises pepper yield,cuts the application rates of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,lowers the risk of agricultural non-point source pollution,improves farmland ecological conditions,and facilitates the sustainable development of the pepper industry.Currently,these technologies have been popularized across an area of 4 666.7 hm2(70 000 mu)in the county.The net income increases by 431.3 yuan per 667 m2.
