以'软皮早秀'辣椒为供试品种,分析6个施肥处理(常规全量化肥CK1、常规全量化肥+微生物菌剂CK2、化肥减量20%+生物有机肥T1、化肥减量20%+发酵羊粪T2、化肥减量20%+生物有机肥+微生物菌剂T3、化肥减量20%+发酵羊粪+微生物菌剂T4)下的土壤酶活性、辣椒生长、根系形态、产量、品质及发病率等指标,探究化肥减量条件下的不同有机肥与微生物菌剂配施对设施辣椒生长、产量、品质及土壤酶活性的影响.结果表明,盛果期T3处理土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、磷酸酶及过氧化氢酶的活性最高,且在采收结束后仍保持较高水平;辣椒株高、茎粗、叶绿素SPAD 值、根系形态、产量及品质均以T3处理最优,其株高57.72 cm、茎粗9.96 mm,总根长2 214.85 cm,折合产量2 456.15 kg/667 m2,较CK1增产36.27%,可溶性糖和VC含量最高、可滴定酸最低;T3处理田间总发病率最低(2.68%),每667 m2 净收入可达17 193.05元,投入产出效益最佳.综上所述,化肥减量 20%+生物有机肥+微生物菌剂配施可显著提升设施辣椒土壤酶活性,抑制病害发生,促进辣椒生长,提高产量和品质,生产效益最佳.

In this study,the pepper cultivar'Ruanpi Zaoxiu'was used as the test material,and six fertilization treatments were established,including conventional full-rate chemical fertilizer(CK1),conventional full-rate chemical fertilizer combined with microbial inoculants(CK2),20%chemical fertilizer reduction combined with bio-organic fertilizer(T1),20%chemical fertilizer reduction combined with fermented sheep manure(T2),20%chemical fertilizer reduction combined with bio-organic fertilizer and microbial inoculants(T3),and 20%chemical fertilizer reduction combined with fermented sheep manure and microbial inoculants(T4).The indicators including soil enzyme activity,pepper growth,root morphology,yield,fruit quality and disease incidence were determined to explore the effects of combined application of different organic fertilizers and microbial inoculants on the growth,yield,quality and soil enzyme activities of greenhouse pepper under chemical fertilizer reduction.The results indicated that the activities of soil sucrase,urease,phosphatase,and catalase under T3 treatment were the highest at the full fruiting stage and remained at a relatively high level after harvest.The T3 treatment yielded the optimal performance in plant height,stem diameter,chlorophyll SPAD value,root morphology,yield,and fruit quality.Specifically,the plant height was 57.72 cm,the stem diameter was 9.96 mm,and the total root length was 2 214.85 cm.The converted yield reached 2 456.15 kg per 667 m2,which was 36.27%higher than that of CK1.Meanwhile,the T3 treatment exhibited the highest contents of soluble sugar and vitamin C,as well as the lowest titratable acid content.Additionally,T3 had the lowest field total disease incidence of 2.68%and the superior input-output benefit,with a net income of 17 193.05 Yuan per 667 m2.In conclusion,the combined application of 20%reduced chemical fertilizer,bio-organic fertilizer and microbial inoculants can significantly enhance soil enzyme activities,suppress disease occurrence,promote pepper growth,and improve the yield and quality of greenhouse peppers,achieving the best production benefits.
