新冻结步态问卷的汉化及在帕金森病患者中的信效度检验OA
Chinese version of the new freezing of gait questionnaire and its reliability and validity test among the patients with Parkinson's disease
目的 对新冻结步态问卷(NFOG-Q)进行汉化,并检验其在帕金森病(PD)患者中的信效度.方法 获得原作者翻译授权后,遵循 Brislin 经典翻译模型,对 NFOG-Q 进行汉化与跨文化调适,开展预调查,形成中文版 NFOG-Q.通过便利抽样法,选取 109 例 PD 患者对中文版 NFOG-Q 进行验证.结果 中文版NFOG-Q 的总内容效度与各条目内容效度指数分别为 0.92 和 0.95.共提取 3 个公因子,累计方差贡献率为87.06%.问卷的 Cronbach's α 系数为0.95,重测信度为0.99,3 个公因子的 Cronbach's α 系数分别0.90、0.93和0.93,重测信度分别为0.72、0.97 和0.96.结论 中文版 NFOG-Q 具有良好的信效度,可作为我国 PD 患者冻结步态的评估工具.
Objective To translate the new freezing of gait questionnaire(NFOG-Q)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods After obtaining the authorization of the original authors,following the Brislin classic translation model,the NFOG-Q was sinicized and cross-culturally adjusted,and a pre-survey was conducted to form the Chinese version of NFOG-Q.By convenience sampling,109 PD patients were selected to verify the Chinese version of NFOG-Q.Results The total content validity and item content validity index of the Chinese version of NFOG-Q were 0.92 and 0.95,respectively.A total of 3 public factors were extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 87.06%.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.95,and the test-retest reliability was 0.99.The Cronbach's α coefficients of the three metric factors were 0.90,0.93 and 0.93,and the test-retest reliability was 0.72,0.97 and 0.96,respectively.Conclusion The Chinese version of the NFOG-Q has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an assessment tool for freezing gait in PD patients in China.
