吉林四种野生杨柳科植物纤维特性及制浆造纸性能分析OA
Analysis of Fiber Characteristics and Pulping and Papermaking Properties of Four Wild Salicaceae in Jilin Province
为缓解制浆造纸原料短缺的问题,以吉林省4 种野生杨柳科植物旱柳、大黄柳、山杨、青杨作为制浆造纸原料,采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜观察纤维的表面形态,分析了4 种野生植物原料的纤维长度、宽度、长宽比、粗度、密度、结晶度等纤维特性,以及原料的组成成分.研究结果表明:4 种植物原料的生物结构具有明显差异,大黄柳为短纤维,旱柳、山杨和青杨均为中级长度纤维,4 种植物纤维的长宽比的比值均大于36,纤维密度为1.22~1.57 g/cm3,结晶度为76.88%~79.36%,纤维表面交叉缠绕丰富适合用于纸张的抄造.对4 种野生植物纤维原料的纤维素、半纤维素、木质素三大组分分析表明:4 种原料的纤维素质量分数均在40%左右,可以满足日常造纸需求.采用硫酸盐法蒸煮筛浆后4 种野生植物的细浆得率均在40%以上,经打浆抄纸后纸张各项物理性能指标表现良好,可以替代部分纤维以缓解造纸原料短缺的问题.其中,旱柳的纸张物理性能指标最好,抗张指数为42.56 N·m/g,耐破指数为4.68 kPa·m2/g,撕裂指数为6.52 mN·m2/g.
In order to alleviate the shortage of papermaking raw materials in pulp and paper production,four wild Salicaceae species from Jilin province,namely Salix matsudana,Salix raddeana,Populus davidiana,and Populus cathayana were used as pulp and papermaking raw materials in this article.The surface morphology of fibers was observed using optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The fiber characteristics,including length,width,aspect ratio,coarseness,density and crystallinity,as well as the chemical composition were analyzed for four wild plant raw materials.The research results indicated that the biological structures of the four plant materials had significant differences.Among them,S.matsudana was short fiber,while S.raddeana,P.davidiana,and P.cathayana possessed intermediate length fibers.The aspect ratios of the four wild plants were all greater than 36,with fiber densities ranging from 1.22 to 1.57 g/cm3 and fiber crystallinity between 76.88%and 79.36%,and the fiber surface was richly intertwined,making them suitable for papermaking.Analysis of the three major components of cellulose,hemicellulose,and lignin in four wild plant fiber materials revealed that the cellulose content of all four materials was approximately 40%,which could meet the daily papermaking needs.After kraft pulping and screening,the fine pulp yield of four wild plants was over 40%.After pulping and papermaking,the physical properties of the paper showed good performance,suggesting that these fibers could serve as partial substitutes to alleviate the shortage of papermaking raw materials.Among them,the physical performance indicators of S.matsudana paper were the best,with a tensile index of 42.56 N·m/g,a burst index of 4.68 kPa·m2/g,and a tear index of 6.52 mN·m2/g.
