基于"蜂鸣-管道"模型的中国农业科技创新合作网络及其产出研究OACHSSCD
Research on China's Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Network and its Output Based on the"Buzz-Pipeline"Model
农业科技协调创新对改善重大原创性前沿成果较为缺稀、科技创新绩效水平不高以及农业科技投入不足等问题至关重要.因此,基于"蜂鸣-管道"模型,以2012-2023年"神农中华农业科技奖"的获奖名录为基础,构建中国31个省份的农业科技创新合作网络,通过面板负二项回归分析揭示区域内合作和跨区域合作及其交互效应对农业科技创新产出的短期和长期影响.研究发现:网络结构上,中国农业科技创新合作网络的规模在扩大、紧密程度在加深,区域内合作和跨区域合作联系也在逐步累积和增强;地区分异上,不同区域、不同省份在中国农业科技创新合作网络的空间分布规律展现出显著差异;合作网络对农业科技创新产出的影响上,区域内合作和跨区域合作均具有显著的促进作用,两者的交互效应与农业科技创新之间存在显著的负相关关系,跨区域合作的长期影响小于短期影响,区域内合作和交互效应的长期影响大于短期影响.
The coordinated innovation of agricultural science and technology is very important to improve the problems of the scarcity of major original frontier achievements,the low level of scientific and technological innovation performance,and the insufficient investment in agricultural science and technology.Therefore,based on the"buzzer-pipeline"model and the list of winners of the Shennong China Agricultural Science and Technology Award from 2012 to 2023,the agricultural science and technology innovation cooperation network of 31 provinces in China was constructed,and the short-term and long-term impacts of intra-regional cooperation and cross-regional cooperation and their interaction effects on the output of agricultural science and technology innovation were revealed through panel negative binomial regression analysis.The results show that in terms of network structure,the scale and closeness of China's agricultural science and technology innovation cooperation network are expanding,and the intra-regional cooperation and cross-regional cooperation are gradually accumulating and strengthening.In terms of regional differentiation,the spatial distribution of different regions and provinces in China's agricultural science and technology innovation cooperation network showed significant differences.In terms of the impact of cooperation network on the output of agricultural science and technology innovation,both intra-regional cooperation and cross-regional cooperation have a significant promoting effect,and there is a significant negative correlation between the interaction effect of the two and agricultural science and technology innovation,and the long-term impact of cross-regional cooperation is smaller than the short-term impact,and the long-term impact of intra-regional cooperation and interaction effect is greater than the short-term impact.
