Research on the Mechanism of Digital Intelligence Empowering Innovation in Service-Oriented Manufacturing Models
鉴于服务化与数智化关系难理,以及数智赋能服务型制造模式创新过程复杂的问题,本文为系统揭示数智化赋能服务型制造模式创新的内在机理,构建了数智赋能服务型制造模式创新的系统动力学模型,刻画了数智赋能服务型制造模式创新动态过程,结合仿真分析发现:①数智赋能服务型制造模式创新呈现出"数据驱动-知识沉淀-服务创新-价值创造"链式传导特征;②数智技术通过重构企业动态能力体系及打破物理边界的资源适配逻辑,驱动了服务型制造模式创新发展;③数智赋能破解了服务型制造模式创新面临的服务提供成本递增与价值感知递减的双向挤压困境,极大支持了服务型制造模式创新.研究结论从动态反馈层面揭示了服务化与数智化深度融合的内在逻辑,有助于增强对制造业服务化与数智化关系的系统性理解.
Given the complexities of understanding the relationship between servitization and digital intelligence,and the complexities of the innovation process for service-oriented manufacturing models enabled by digital intelligence,this paper systematically reveals the inherent mechanisms of digital intelligence-empowered service-oriented manufacturing innovation.This paper constructs a system dynamics model of digital intelligence-empowered service-oriented manufacturing model innovation.Combined with simulation analysis,the findings include:first,digital intelligence-empowered service-oriented manufacturing innovation exhibits a chain-like transmission characteristic of"data-driven,knowledge accumulation,service innovation,and value creation";Second,digital intelligence drives the innovative development of service-oriented manufacturing models by reconstructing the enterprise's dynamic capability system and breaking the resource adaptation logic of physical boundaries;Third,digital intelligence address the dilemma of increasing service provision costs and decreasing value perception faced by service-oriented manufacturers,significantly supporting innovation in the service-oriented manufacturing models.The research conclusions reveal the inherent logic of the deep integration of servitization and digital intelligence from a dynamic feedback perspective,contributing to a more systematic understanding of the relationship between servitization and digital intelligence in manufacturing.
