高新技术企业数智化转型的影响因素及实现路径OA

In the era of the digital economy,the digital-intelligent transformation of enterprises has become a core issue of strategic evolution and a consensus for enterprise development in the new stage of economic development.Based on multi-case data from 10 high-tech enterprises and applying the classical grounded theory method,this study constructs an"influencing factors-intermediary conditions-implementation pathways"model for the digital-intelligent transformation of high-tech enterprises.The findings reveal that the influencing factors mainly encompass five aspects:the deep integration of data elements and intelligent technologies,the social digital-intelligent cultural atmosphere,the industrial competitive ecology,the enterprise's digital-intelligent development demands,and the management's strategic cognition.The intermediary conditions cover six dimensions:building digital-intelligent capabilities,cultivating a digital-intelligent culture,ensuring continuous driving force for transformation,acquiring policy support,establishing a data-sharing system,and advancing enterprise informatization.The implementation pathways include six key routes:reconstructing the enterprise value chain,formulating digital-intelligent strategies,innovating technological methods,innovating business systems,reengineering and restructuring processes,and building a digital-intelligent talent team.The research conclusions expand the theoretical perspective of enterprise digital-intelligent transformation and provide a theoretical framework and practical references for high-tech enterprises to systematically promote this transformation.
