国有经济提升我国制造业产业链韧性了吗?OA

The state-owned economy should play a key role in enhancing the resilience of China's manufacturing industrial chain,but its underlying mechanisms and impact pathways have not been fully studied.Based on the perspective of a moderate scale and using provincial panel data from 2007 to 2023,this paper explores the theoretical impact mechanisms of the state-owned economy on the resilience of China's manufacturing industrial chain.The study finds that:(1)The state-owned economy exhibits an"inverted U-shaped"effect on the resilience of China's manufacturing industrial chain,meaning that a moderate scale helps strengthen resilience,but an excessively high proportion weakens its positive effects.(2)Mechanism analysis indicates that the state-owned economy influences industrial chain resilience through its impact on industrial structure upgrading and regional industrial agglomeration;furthermore,in regions with a higher degree of marketization,the enhancing effect of the state-owned economy is somewhat weakened.(3)In addition,the role of the state-owned economy is more prominent in innovation,shock resistance,and control capacity,especially in inland regions and environments with low administrative monopoly.Therefore,it is recommended to rationally adjust the scale of the state-owned economy according to industrial and regional characteristics to optimize its role in enhancing industrial chain resilience.
