湘江科学城高质量发展的制约瓶颈与进阶路径研究OA
Bottlenecks and Advancement Paths of the High-quality Development of Xiangjiang Science City
集聚高密度创新要素、促进全链条融通创新、完善全周期创新服务等是建设国际一流科学城的关键因素.湘江科学城是湖南省倾力打造的科技创新高地,是推动高质量发展的核心引擎.本文通过系统分析国内外科学城建设经验,梳理湘江科学城发展现状,指出其面临建设资金有限、重大科创平台不足、创新资源集聚与整合困难等挑战,进而提出湘江科学城未来发展需以政策集成创新激活内外动力,聚焦重点方向构建创新平台体系,促进新兴科技发展与产业创新联动.
Gathering high-density innovation elements,fostering full-chain integrated inno-vation,and improving full-lifecycle innovation services are key factors in building a world-class science city.Xiangjiang Science City is a technological innovation highland that Hunan Province is committed to building,and it serves as a core engine for promoting high-quality development.By systematically analyzing the construction experiences of science cities at home and abroad and reviewing the current development status of Xiangjiang Science City,this paper points out the bottlenecks it faces,such as limited construction funds,a shortage of major scientific and techno-logical innovation platforms,and difficulties in the aggregation and integration of innovation re-sources.Furthermore,it proposes that the future development of Xiangjiang Science City needs to activate internal and external driving forces through integrated policy innovation,focus on key di-rections to build an innovation platform system,and promote the linkage between emerging tech-nology development and industrial innovation.
