中国青年女科学家成长特征与空间流动规律研究OA

Growth Characteristics and Spatial Mobility Patterns of Young Female Scientists in China

科学家是推动我国从科技大国向科技强国实现战略性转变的重要力量,女科学家是科技人才队伍的重要组成部分.本文基于"中国青年女科学家奖"获奖者履历信息,从教育背景、海外经历、就业单位性质、行政与学术任职等方面对青年女科学家成长特征进行研究;同时,从网络特征、流动网络和区域流动三个维度深入分析青年女科学家的流动规律.研究发现:青年女科学家普遍拥有知名院校求学经历和海外研究学习经历;她们的工作主要集中在高校,且多数拥有行政或学术任职.在求学阶段,青年女科学家主要集中在高等教育资源富集的省市;而在职业发展阶段她们更倾向于选择兼具高等教育资源与强劲经济实力的省市.整体而言,东部地区是青年女科学家职业发展的主要选择.基于上述发现,本文进一步提出了促进青年女科学家成长及优化其区域流动配置的对策建议.

Scientists are an essential force driving China's strategic transformation from a major country in science and technology to a leading scientific and technological powerhouse.Female scientists constitute a vital segment of this technological talent pool.Based on the resume information of the winners of the"China Young Women in Science Fellowships",this study examines the growth characteristics of young female scientists across five aspects:educational background,overseas experience,institutional affiliation,and administrative and academic appointments.Furthermore,it analyzes their mobility patterns from three dimensions:network characteristics,mobility networks,and regional mobility.The findings indicate that young female scientists generally possess educational backgrounds from prestigious universities and have overseas research experi-ence.They are predominantly employed in higher education institutions,with the majority holding administrative or academic positions.During their educational stages,they are mainly concen-trated in provinces and municipalities rich in higher education resources.Conversely,during their career development stage,they tend to favor regions that combine robust higher education resources with strong economic foundations.Overall,the eastern region serves as the primary destination for their career development.Based on these findings,this paper further puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the growth of young female scientists and optimizing the spatial allocation of their regional mobility.
