相贯补强开洞冷弯矩形截面钢管短柱轴压性能研究OA
Research on Axial Compressive Behavior of Perforated Cold-Formed Rectangular Steel Tubular Stub Columns with Intersecting Tube Reinforcement
结构用冷弯型钢柱常因建筑需求而在柱身位置开洞,但开洞会削弱截面,导致构件承载力下降.为减小开洞带来的不利影响,本文提出了一种采用内套相贯钢管的补强方法,对开圆洞冷弯矩形截面钢管柱进行补强.采用ABAQUS有限元软件分别建立了4种不同截面开洞冷弯矩形截面钢管短柱以及相应补强开洞冷弯矩形截面钢管短柱有限元模型,以开洞尺寸比和板件宽厚比为参数,分析了构件破坏模态、荷载-位移曲线和轴压承载力.研究表明,经相贯钢管补强后,开洞短柱的破坏模态和应力分布得到有效改善,承载力得到明显提高;承载力提高幅度随开洞尺寸比的增大而增大、随板件宽厚比的增大先增大后减小;将分析结果与采用北美冷弯型钢结构设计规范AISI S100-2016中直接强度法公式计算的结果进行比较,提出了修正的直接强度法计算公式.
Cold-formed steel columns used in structures often have openings in the column body due to construction requirements,but openings in the tube will weaken the cross-section,resulting in a decrease in the bearing capacity of the members.In order to reduce the influence of openings,a reinforcement method using inner-sleeved intersecting steel tubes is proposed for perforated cold-formed rectangular steel tubular columns with circular openings.By using the finite element software ABAQUS,finite element models of perforated cold-formed rectangular steel tubular stub columns and the corresponding reinforced perforated cold-formed rectangular steel tubular stub columns with four different cross-sections were established.The failure mode,load-displacement curve,and axial compressive bearing capacity were analyzed by taking the opening size ratio and the width-to-thickness ratio of the plate as parameters.The results show that after the reinforcement of the intersecting steel tubes,the failure mode and stress distribution of the perforated tubular stub columns are effectively improved,and the bearing capacity is obviously improved.,The increase in bearing capacity increases with the increase of the opening size ratio,and increases first and then decreases with the increase of the width-to-thickness ratio.Based on the comparison between the analysis results and the calculation results of the direct strength method in the North American Specification for the Design of Cold-Formed Steel Structural Members(AISI S100-2016),a modified direct strength method was proposed.
