为提升Q460高强钢管插板节点的传力可靠性,本文提出一种新型平行插板节点构造形式,并对其面内抗弯承载力特性及计算方法展开研究.设计开展了两组Q460高强钢管插板节点面内抗弯承载力试验,研究了节点破坏模式、承载力与变形规律及关键部位应变发展特征;建立了节点有限元模型并进行参数分析,深入探讨了主管径厚比(D/T)、插板长度与主管管径比(B/D)、主管管径与插板间距比(D/d)、插板厚度与节点板厚度比(tc/tr)、主管轴力比(N/(Afy))等无量纲参数对平行插板节点承载力的影响规律,在此基础上,提出了平行插板节点面内抗弯承载力的建议计算公式.结果表明:节点破坏模式表现为受压区主管管壁局部凹陷屈曲伴随着插板中间主管管壁鼓屈;两块平行插板均匀分担了支管传递的荷载,在节点丧失承载能力时,插板仍然保持弹性;无量纲参数D/T、B/D、D/d、N/(Afy)对节点承载力影响较为显著,而参数tc/tr 对节点承载力的影响很小;所提出的节点承载力计算公式具有较好的适用性,可为实际工程提供参考.

To enhance the load-transfer reliability of Q460 high-strength steel tubular gusset plate joints,a novel tubular joint with parallel gusset plates is proposed,and its in-plane bending bearing capacity and calculation method are investigated.Two sets of in-plane bending bearing capacity tests were designed and conducted on Q460 high-strength steel tube-parallel gusset joints to study the failure modes,load-deformation behavior,and strain development at typical locations.Finite element models of the joints were established,and parametric analyses were performed to investigate the effects of key non-dimensional parameters on the bearing capacity,including the diameter-to-wall thickness ratio of the main tube(D/T),ratio of gusset plate length to main tube diameter(B/D),ratio of main tube diameter to gusset plate spacing(D/d),ratio of gusset plate thickness to joint plate thickness(tc/tr),and main tube axial force ratio(N/(Afy)).Based on these analyses,a recommended formula for calculating the in-plane bending bearing capacity of tube-parallel gusset joints was proposed.The results indicate that the failure mode of the joints involves local buckling of the main tube wall in the compression zone accompanied by bulging of the main tube wall between the gusset plates.The two parallel gusset plates evenly share the load transferred by the branch tube,and the gusset plates remain elastic when the joints lose their load-bearing capacity.The non-dimensional parameters D/T、B/D、D/d、N/(Afy)have significant effects on the load-bearing capacity of the joints,while tc/tr has a minor impact.The proposed formula for calculating the load-bearing capacity of the joints exhibits good applicability and can provide a reference for practical engineering.
