合肥新桥国际机场T2航站楼足尺铸钢节点受力性能研究OA
Mechanical Behavior of Full-Scale Cast Steel Joints in the T2 Terminal of Hefei Xinqiao International Airport
合肥新桥国际机场T2航站楼屋盖采用了复杂铸钢节点,针对关键位置处的铸钢节点多杆件交汇而受力复杂的问题,对新桥机场实际工程中服役的铸钢节点进行足尺受力性能试验和有限元分析,来验证此铸钢节点设计的安全性与可靠性.对足尺铸钢节点进行受力性能试验,发现在2.0倍设计荷载作用下节点整体处于线弹性状态,其应变随荷载基本呈线性变化,节点从始至终都未产生任何破坏现象.建立铸钢节点的有限元分析模型来开展相关分析工作,结果显示有限元分析所得数据与试验数据吻合较好,说明该有限元模型能够很好地对节点实际受力情况进行模拟.借助有限元模拟的方式,进一步对铸钢节点的破坏模式展开分析,得出该铸钢节点在7.00倍设计荷载作用下进入屈服阶段、在10.69倍设计荷载作用下达到其极限承载力的结论,表明该铸钢节点设计安全可靠,满足规范要求,安全冗余度较高.
The roof of the T2 terminal of Hefei Xinqiao International Airport uses complex cast steel joints.In view of the multi-member intersection and complex force conditions at key cast steel joints,mechanical performance tests and finite element analyses were carried out on the full-scale cast steel joints used in the actual project of Xinqiao International Airport to verify the safety and reliability of the design.The mechanical performance test of full-scale cast steel joints showed that the joints remained in a linear elastic state under twice the design load.Their strains changed approximately linearly with the load,and no damage occurred throughout the test.A finite element analysis model of the cast steel joints was constructed for relevant analyses.The results showed that the finite element analysis results agreed well with the test data,indicating that the finite element model could effectively simulate the actual stress state of the joints.The failure behavior of cast steel joints was further analyzed by finite element simulation.The analysis showed that the cast steel joint entered the yield stage under 7 times the design load and reached its ultimate bearing capacity under 10.69 times the design load.This indicates that the design of the cast steel joint is safe and reliable,meets code requirements,and has high safety redundancy.
