分析当前挖掘机制造业生产的现状,提出一种四层架构的挖掘机自动化生产软件系统架构,具有很大的可扩展性和灵活性.结合挖掘机生产和加工的业务流程,分别对硬件架构和软件架构进行详细分析和描述,并对核心功能的软件流程进行详细设计.提出的挖掘机自动化生产线系统架构具备高可用性、高可扩展性、高安全性、性能高、可维护性好、成本效益高、用户体验佳等优点.根据工业自动化系统的特点,以及扁平化的管理需求,对工业自动化系统架构在制造业的应用前景进行展望.

By analyzing the current state of excavator manufacturing,a four-layer software system architecture for automated excavator production lines is proposed,offering high scalability and flexibility.In conjunction with the business processes of excavator production and machining,the hardware architecture and software architecture are analyzed and described in detail,and the software workflows for core functions are elaborated.The proposed system architecture for the automated excavator production line exhibits advantages such as high availability,high scalability,high security,high performance,good maintainability,cost-effectiveness,and excellent user experience.Based on the characteristics of industrial automation systems and the demand for flattened management,the application prospects of industrial automation system architectures in the manufacturing sector are discussed.
