Design and Analysis of a Mechanical Energy-assisted Thermal Diffusion Percolation Device

提出一种新的机械能辅助纳米化热扩散渗方法和装置,为对热扩散渗装置结构进行优化,借助离散单元法完成筒内介质球运动行为的数值仿真,结合位置密度统计方法量化分析介质球的动态运动特征,系统探究衬板倾角与衬板高度两类关键结构参数对介质球运动形态及介质球空间密度分布的影响机制.研究结果表明:当衬板角度为 20°时,抛落状态介质球的均匀性与集中性最好;当衬板高度为 24 mm 时,介质球在抛落区的分散性最好,抛落状态最佳.研究结果为选择合适的衬板角度和衬板高度提供理论依据.

This paper proposes a novel mechanical energy-assisted nanocrystallization thermal diffusion infiltration method and device,in order to optimize the structure of the thermal diffusion infiltration device.Based on the discrete element method,the motion behavior of the medium balls inside the barrel is simulated.The motion characteristics of the medium balls within the barrel are analyzed using the position density method.The influence laws of liner angle and liner height on the motion state of the medium balls and the position density distribution of the medium balls are studied.The research results indicate that when the liner angle is 20°,the uniformity and concentration of the medium balls in the throwing state are optimal;when the liner height is 24 mm,the dispersion of the medium balls in the throwing area is best,achieving the most favorable throwing state.The research findings provide a theoretical basis for selecting appropriate liner angles and liner heights.
