广西养老机构发展水平的空间分异特征及成因研究OA

In this study,a comprehensive evaluation index system was established to assess the developmental level of elderly care institutions and explore their spatial differentiation patterns in Guangxi.A coupling coordination model was employed to examine the synergistic relationship between the development of elderly care facilities and population aging at the municipal scale,while a geographical detector model was utilized to identify the core driving factors.The results indicate evident spatial and urban-rural heterogeneity in the distribu-tion and development of elderly care services across Guangxi.Nanning exhibits the optimal allocation of elderly care resources,and economically advanced prefecture-level cities and counties demonstrate superior developmental performance.Within individual municipal ad-ministrative units,urban districts show substantially higher service levels than suburban counties.The coupling coordination between elderly care institution development and popu-lation aging is primarily categorized as barely coordinated and preliminarily coordinated types,reflecting an overall weak synergistic matching status.Medical service conditions,resident income levels,and fiscal expenditure are identified as the dominant influencing fac-tors.The development of elderly care institutions is governed by the interactive effects of multiple socioeconomic variables,and the synergies between medical resources and other contextual factors serve as the leading driving mechanism shaping regional elderly care devel-opment.
