不同紫花苜蓿品种对PFOS富集特征差异及修复潜力研究OA
Study on the Differences in PFOS Accumulation Characteristics and Remediation Potential among Different Medicago sativa L.Varieties
全氟辛烷磺酸(PFOS)作为典型的持久性有机污染物,对生态系统和人类健康构成严重威胁.植物修复因绿色经济而备受关注,其中紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)因生物量大和抗逆性强,在污染修复领域展现出良好的应用前景,然而不同品种对PFOS的响应差异尚不明确.通过水培实验,比较8个紫花苜蓿品种在不同PFOS浓度(0.2~2.0 mg/L)胁迫下的生长与积累特性.结果表明,PFOS对苜蓿生长具有浓度依赖性,且品种间差异显著.具体而言,"天马"(高产抗病型)品种的生物量最高、耐受性最强.PFOS主要积累在根系,其中"皇后"(抗寒抗旱型)紫花苜蓿品种富集能力最好,而"Bara 218TR"(抗病稳产型)品种表现出较强的由根向叶转运PFOS能力.从污染修复的综合效率来看,"Bara 416WET"(耐湿须根型)植株PFOS载荷量最高.后期研究可根据修复目标选育优良品种.
Perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS),as a typical persistent organic pollutant,has been recognized as posing a serious threat to ecosystems and human health.Phytoremedi-ation has attracted considerable attention due to its green and economical nature and among the relevant species,alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)has been considered to exhibit promising application potential in pollution remediation owing to its large biomass and strong stress tol-erance.However,the differences in the responses of different alfalfa varieties to PFOS had not been clearly identified.A hydroponic experiment was conducted to compare the growth and accumulation characteristics of eight alfalfa varieties under different PFOS concentra-tions(0.2~2.0 mg/L).The results showed that a concentration-dependent effect of PFOS on alfalfa growth was observed and significant differences were detected among varieties.Specifically,the'Tianma'(high-yielding,disease-resistant)variety exhibited the highest biomass and the strongest tolerance.PFOS accumulated primarily in the root system,with the'Queen'(cold-and drought-tolerant)alfalfa variety demonstrating the best accumu-lation capacity,whilst the'Bara 218TR'(disease-resistant,stable-yielding)variety ex-hibited a strong ability to transport PFOS from the roots to the leaves.In terms of overall remediation efficiency,the'Bara 416WET'(wet-tolerant,fibrous-rooted)variety exhibi-ted the highest PFOS uptake capacity.Future research could focus on breeding superior vari-eties tailored to specific remediation objectives.
