为评价鹅掌楸早期生长性状的遗传变异并筛选优良家系.以江西乐平鹅掌楸种源家系试验林为对象,对来自11个种源的59个半同胞家系4年生植株胸径和树高性状进行测定.采用线性混合效应模型分析种源、区组和家系对生长性状的影响,利用限制最大似然法估算方差组分和家系遗传力,并基于最佳线性无偏预测(BLUP)构建遗传力加权综合评价指标,对家系进行综合排序与筛选.结果表明,胸径和树高性状均具有较大的表型变异,胸径变异系数(14.83%)高于树高(10.12%).胸径性状中区组效应显著(P<0.05),树高性状中种源效应显著(P<0.05).胸径和树高的家系遗传力分别为0.657和0.698,受遗传控制较强.综合BLUP评价结果筛选出CQYY-7、YNJP-18、YNJP-4、YNJP-15和SCXY-1等优良家系.研究表明,鹅掌楸幼龄阶段生长性状具有一定的遗传改良潜力,线性混合模型结合BLUP的评价方法适用于鹅掌楸优良家系的早期选择.

Genetic variation in early growth traits of Liriodendron chinense is critical for its genetic improvement and elite family selection.In this study,field trials were carried out in Leping,Jiangxi province,covering 59 half-sib families from 11 provenances.Tree height and diameter at breast height(DBH)of 4-year-old L.chinense juvenile individuals were measured to characterize phenotypic and genetic differences among families.Linear mixed-effect models were used to analyse the effects of provenance,block and family on growth traits.Variance components and family heritability were estimated using restricted maxi-mum likelihood and breeding values were predicted by best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP).A heritability-weighted index was constructed for comprehensive family evalua-tion.The results indicated prominent phenotypic variations in both DBH and tree height.Spe-cifically,DBH exhibited a higher coefficient of variation(14.83%)than tree height(10.12%).Block effect exerted a significant influence on DBH growth(P<0.05),while tree height was significantly affected by provenance variation(P<0.05).The family heritability of DBH and tree height were 0.657 and 0.698,respectively,indicating that both traits are un-der strong genetic control.Six elite families,including CQYY-7,YNJP-18,YNJP-4,YNJP-15 and SCXY-1,were ultimately selected based on comprehensive BLUP scores.This study confirms that juvenile L.chinense growth traits have considerable genetic im-provement potential.The integration of linear mixed-effects model and BLUP provides an effective and accurate method for the early screening of superior L.chinense families,offer-ing reliable support for the selective breeding and targeted cultivation of L.chinense.
