起重机运行过程中,钢丝绳作为主要承载构件,其健康状态直接影响设备的安全与可靠运行.长期服役中,钢丝绳易发生断丝、断股及腐蚀等损伤,其中断丝是导致承载能力下降和安全事故的重要隐患.为实现断丝缺陷的高效在线监测,研究基于漏磁检测机理提出了一种起重机钢丝绳断丝识别方法,并在在役设备上进行了验证.首先,建立磁偶极子近似模型,揭示断丝缺陷与漏磁信号的定量关系,分析径向与轴向分量的空间分布规律.随后,设计霍尔/磁阻传感器阵列检测系统,确定传感器布置、采样频率及信号处理流程,包括去基线、带通滤波、包络分析与峰值特征提取等步骤.现场实验结果表明,该方法能有效识别单根及多根断丝,检测灵敏度高,定位误差满足工程要求,假阳性率与假阴性率均处于可接受范围.与传统人工及局部无损检测方法相比,该研究实现了钢丝绳断丝的在线、实时监测,为起重机钢丝绳的健康监测与智能运维提供了理论依据和技术支撑.

During the operation of a crane,the steel wire rope,as the main load-bearing component,its health condition directly affects the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.During long-term service,steel wire ropes are prone to damage such as broken wires,broken strands and corrosion.Among them,broken wires are an important hidden danger that leads to a decrease in load-bearing capacity and safety accidents.To achieve efficient online monitoring of broken wire defects,a method for identifying broken wires in crane wire ropes based on the magnetic flux leakage detection mechanism is proposed and verified on in-service equipment.Firstly,an approximate model of the magnetic dipole is established to reveal the quantitative relationship between the broken wire defect and the magnetic leakage signal,and the spatial distribution laws of the radial and axial components are analyzeed.Subsequently,a Hall/magnetoresistive sensor array detection system is designed,and the sensor layout,sampling frequency and signal processing flow are determined,including steps such as baseline removal,bandpass filtering,envelope analysis and peak feature extraction.The on-site experimental results show that this method can effectively identify single and multiple broken wires,with high detection sensitivity.The positioning error meets the engineering requirements,and both the false positive rate and false negative rate are within an acceptable range.Compared with traditional manual and local non-destructive testing methods,this research achieves online and real-time monitoring of broken wires in steel wire ropes,providing a theoretical basis and technical support for the health monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance of crane steel wire ropes.
